Daisy wins Highways England support contract

Daisy Group announced a contract worth GBP 2.6 million to provide support desk services to the Highways England agency. The company will supply an end-user service desk function that will support the state agency’s supplier management system.

The contract runs for three years with an option for a two-year extension. It will enable a single point of contact for all users and supply chain partners involved in HE’s delivery of road investment.

It will also provide password resets and Single-Sign-On management; regular user communication and updates; and Office 365 portal access management. Over 4,000 employees of HE will use the platform.
