Delta Bloc UK | A Successful Highways UK 2017

Article Posted on: November 20, 2017

November 8th and 9th saw Delta Bloc return to Highways UK for 2017 for their second stint exhibiting at the show, after a great first show in 2016.

Highways UK was running at the NEC Birmingham for the second time, after making its debut as an event in 2015 at the Excel Arena in London.

With a number of key industry figures present, Highways UK has proven extremely fruitful for Delta Bloc being able to showcase their barrier products to some key decision makers.

Positioned front and centre at the show, in the immediate eyeline of anyone entering, the Delta Bloc stand was unmissable, and made sure their range of temporary and permanent barrier products used across major schemes on major roads all over the UK including the M1 and M6, were in the spotlight.

We asked Tony Walker, Delta Bloc Director why they returned to the show in 2017:

“Quite simply, we had a really productive 2016.” Tony told us.

“The calibre of some of the exhibitors and visitors to this show made it a must for us in 2017 after the impact we made in 2016. Additionally, the show was bigger and better and as it continues to grow, we feel that the potential for us here only grows with it.”

And of the 2017 show, Tony added:

“We’ve had more fantastic discussions about our products on the stand this year and as a result we’re confident that the months following the show will be equally as productive as the following months last year in 2016. That’s all we can want from an exhibition- it’s quality over quantity that matters and for 2 years in a row, Highways UK has given us that.”
