ASI Solutions | RHiNOPHALT® continues to succeed in Europe
The process of preserving asphalt pavement with new RHiNOPHALT® innovation technology in Tbilisi has begun.
An exclusive partner of British company ASI Solutions, B.N.G has introduced innovative technology in Georgia. RHiNOPHALT® – which applies a solution to the asphalt surface with a special spraying technique- reaches the bitumen and protects the asphalt surface viability.
According to the Association of Infrastructure Builders, the special solution is designed to reduce surface damage. After a single use, the asphalt life is prolonged by about 50%.
The solution is applied through simple technology; and, just 1 hour after the spraying, you can reopen a motorway or carriageway.
The RHiNOPHALT® solution generates a membrane which delays the bitumen depletion [ageing] process, which is caused by the influence of traffic wear, weather and the environment.
It should be noted that by applying this special solution, carbon emissions are reduced by 88%. The preservation of the asphalt pavement proportionally reduces road maintenance costs and unplanned rehabilitation interventions.
The RHiNOPHALT® products are manufactured in the UK by ASI Solutions and are used on urban and long-distance roads, airports, test tracks and ports. The technology is used around the world including countries like USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Iceland, Spain and Portugal.
Company B.N.G. St. together with the Tbilisi Municipality Improvement Service, applied RHiNOPHALT® to a small section of Vazha Pshavela Avenue and implemented the asphalt preservation treatment by the above-mentioned method.
The event was attended by Givi Kublashvili, Head of City Hall Service Department, British company ASI Solutions, as well as people from the UK and the Infrastructure Builders Association.
