Beaumont Traffic Management, a UK-based traffic management specialist, has announced a leadership restructure as the business enters 2026, reflecting continued growth and the successful delivery of increasingly complex projects across the highways and infrastructure sector.

The company delivers a full range of temporary traffic management services, supporting projects from small-scale works through to complex, multi-phase schemes. Operating across roadworks, civil engineering, utilities and events, Beaumont Traffic Management provides safe, compliant and efficient traffic management solutions designed to minimise disruption while protecting both the workforce and the travelling public.

With extensive experience in high-speed traffic management, the business regularly operates on high-speed roads and motorways, delivering schemes that meet national safety standards while keeping traffic moving. Services include lane closures, contraflow systems and hard shoulder closures, alongside tailored solutions for emergency works, planned infrastructure projects and large-scale public and private events.

A New Era for Beaumont

As part of the leadership changes, Laura Hogg and Ed Hogg have both been promoted to Associate Director roles. The appointments recognise their individual contributions to the business and demonstrate Beaumont Traffic Management’s commitment to developing leadership from within.

Both will play key roles in supporting operational delivery, people development and the ongoing strategic direction of the company.

In addition, Martyn Tonks has stepped away from his role as General Manager to focus solely on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ). The creation of a dedicated SHEQ leadership role reinforces the company’s commitment to safety, compliance and continual improvement, ensuring these priorities remain embedded across all projects and operations.

Not All Change

Company Directors Nigel Beaumont and Debbie Tonks will continue in their roles, providing continuity and experience at board level. As part of the transition, they will step back from day-to-day operations to focus on strategic oversight and long-term support for the management team as it assumes greater responsibility.

The leadership restructure strengthens Beaumont Traffic Management’s foundations, supports continuity for clients and positions the business for sustainable long-term growth, as it looks ahead to the opportunities and challenges of 2026.
