BT-HS is proud to become an affiliate of the TMCA
BT-HS, has always been driven by a desire to provide vehicles and products that are focused on safety and quality.
With this in mind BT-HS quickly became accredited with ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001:2015 to provide an assurance to its customers that they could also be confident in quality and safety standards as well as BT-HS’ products.
BT-HS has now demonstrated its commitment to the traffic management industry by becoming the latest affiliated company to join the Traffic Management Contractors Association (TMCA).
TMCA
The TMCA, now led by Highway Traffic Management’s Greg Baldwin, is a trade association which strives to develop and innovate to ultimately, increase safety standards throughout the traffic management sector. The association looks to establish and lead the highest industry standards in health, safety, innovation and technology for the installation, operation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic management.
BT-HS
BT-HS services a number of companies across the traffic management sector, providing a range of specialist vehicles and specialist vehicle conversions.
By becoming an affiliate of the TMCA, BT-HS showcases its commitment to creating a better, safer sector.
Managing Director Phil Glaiser said:
“Given the nature of our business, it seems both natural and proper that we support the TMCA. Safety and quality are the pillars of our business and liaising with companies across the TM sector via the TMCA framework is vital to us finding out the specific requirements, and problems that companies are facing on the network.
“This enables us to innovate based on feedback as we look to provide a continually increasing standard of vehicles to our customers and play a role in shaping the TM industry for the better – as well as, crucially, for the safer.”
Greg Baldwin, TMCA Chair said:
“We’re happy to welcome BT-HS as an Affiliate Company to the TMCA. The association provides a great opportunity for those working within the industry and those with strong affiliations to traffic management to help identify and address key focus areas across the industry such as health, safety and innovation.”
