Coeval | New Commercial Director: Experience and investment hold the key to growth
Coeval are pleased to announce that Richard Bevins will be joining its ranks as Commercial Director early in the New Year.
With over 35 years’ experience in the highways industry, Richard has developed an expertise in commercial and operational functions for a number of large organisations.
From Traffic Signal Engineer to Operations Director for Dynniq, Richard has enjoyed a lucrative career in the industry. Numerous senior positions for companies such as Serco, Peek, Fujitsu, TSUK, Telent and Kelly ITS in between, have ensured that the right pedigree is in place to make a real impact on Coeval’s growth plans.
It goes without saying that Richard is looking forward to a new challenge with Coeval and recognises the impact it has had on the market over the past 30 years.
Investment and growth
Coeval believe that to grow, investment in people, product innovation and manufacturing processes are key. Richard’s appointment isn’t the only area where Coeval are growing.
The new year will see the launch of a number of new products in road safety innovation and unlike most suppliers, Coeval pride itself on managing an entire project from design to manufacture and maintenance. Its continuous improvement programme is vital in ensuring that these services truly differentiate Coeval from the competition.
Richard’s appointment will go a long way in ensuring that this ethos is amplified to meet the demands of a growing customer base and place Coeval in a healthy position to upscale and continue its growth trajectory.
The commercial landscape
Richard’s knowledge will keep Coeval at the forefront of understanding market demand and ensuring that the company is aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives.
Richard’s expertise, experience and know-how will positively serve the commercial function to no end. This means overseeing product development, identifying new market opportunities and identifying how best to meet customer requirements, whilst exceeding expectations.
This appointment should also represent the significance Coeval place on customer service at the highest level. When you’re communicating with a customer throughout a process as in-depth as Coevals and are abiding by stringent quality, safety and accreditation demands, it goes without saying that this is an area that can’t stand still – Especially in the face of growth.
At the leading edge
Coeval receive and develop very precise customer and project requirements, which often demand leading edge technology to satisfy build quality, reliability and value. Coeval will continue to operate in this way and Richard’s appointment ensures we have the right management team to stay atop of new technological advances in electronics industrial design and manufacture.
This investment in technology improves our current product range and any future innovations for EU and UK approved road safety signs.
Coeval look forward to welcoming Richard in the New Year and would encourage you to join us in wishing him the best start in his new role.
