Colas named as double-winner in the RoSPA Awards 2016
Colas achieved the Gold Medal (7 consecutive Gold Awards) for Health & Safety and a Gold Award for Fleet Safety in the prestigious annual scheme run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).
Colas will be presented with the award during a ceremony at the ExCeL in London on June 21 2016, in an event that will mark RoSPA’sdiamond anniversary.

As a business, health and safety is our number one priority and we are delighted to be recognised by RoSPA with being awarded both the Gold Medal for Health and Safety and a Gold Award for Fleet Safety.”
The RoSPA Awards is celebrating 60 years of presenting highly-regarded and sought after accolades to businesses and organisationslike Colas, which have shown commitment to accident and ill-health prevention.
Through the scheme, which is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes from across the UK and overseas, judges consider entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
