DTM | New additions to the fleet

DTM Traffic has recently added new vehicles to their fleet. The Birmingham based Traffic Management specialists now boast an arsenal of 20 x 3.5t LWB Dropside vehicles, 2 x Small Traffic Lights Maintenance Vehicles & 3 x Survey/Audit vehicles

As the company has grown over the years, DTM have adapted to customer needs and ever changing market conditions to ensure that they are providing the highest possible standards.

All the vehicles in the fleet are fitted with safety dashboard camera recording units for accidents, and vehicle trackers and panic alarms for works on rear of vehicle to communicate with driver during install.

DTM General Manager Kevin Lyons told us:

“After many years of working closing with Steve Wynn our business relationship manager from Evans Halshaw we have been able to add vehicles to our fleet at ease. All of our drivers love the new vans. There’s a real sense of pride travelling up and down the country daily in a brand new vehicle with all the comforts that they bring.

“We’re delighted to have more vehicles in the fleet. It’s a real statement of growth from us to be able to invest in them and it’s really satisfying for us to be able to see our growth in this way.”

The new vehicles have had their maiden voyage- an emergency callout for one of DTM’s blue chip clients.

Kevin continued:

“Our engineers had to be on site within the hour to install emergency TM. We pride ourselves on the way we respond to the needs of our clients and this was made even better with a number of shiny new vans with flashing beacons. They really looked the part.”
