Eurovia UK | Receiving RoSPA Order of Distinction Award

Eurovia UK is to receive one of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents’ (RoSPA) top honours in recognition of outstanding health and safety practices.
We will be presented with an Order of Distinction Award after achieving 17 consecutive Golds in the prestigious RoSPA Health and Safety Awards, which are the longest-running industry awards scheme in the UK.
RoSPA will also present us with our ninth Gold Fleet Safety Award during a ceremony at Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel on Thursday, 6th June.
Gold medals and Orders of Distinction are presented to organisations sustaining the high standards of the Gold level over consecutive years.
Dave Campbell, Eurovia UK Group Health, Safety and Environment Director, said: “Health and Safety is always evolving, and as a business we are continually looking for new and improved ways to ensure all our people and our supply chains remain safe and vigilant at all times on site, travelling and outside work.
“I’m delighted that our excellent health and safety practices during the last 17 years have been acknowledged by RoSPA, which has recognised the continuing hard work of those who make sure Eurovia, Ringway and SWH are safer places to work, as each day goes by, and that our employees can go home safely at the end of the day.”
The RoSPA Awards scheme, which receives entries from organisations around the world, recognises achievement in health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
