HTM – HTM Makes Shortlist for Business Desk Leadership Awards
Highway Traffic Management has two members of its leadership team making the shortlist for the Leadership Awards.
HTM’s Greg Baldwin and Lucinda Sturman have both been shortlisted for awards as part of TheBusinessDesk.com Leadership Awards (West Midlands).
TheBusinessDesk.com created the awards to celebrate the people who are role models within their organisations and make an impact in their position as leaders.
The awards ceremony, scheduled to take place at The Macdonald Burlington on the 7th March 2024, aims to honour individuals who have made significant contributions to the business landscape.
Greg Baldwin, Managing Director at HTM, has been shortlisted for Young Leader of the Year. Greg is an experienced business leader who has enabled Highway Traffic Management to see exponential growth, whilst maintaining focus on company culture and employee satisfaction prioritising EDI and mental health and wellbeing.
Lucinda Sturman, HR Manager, has been shortlisted for Diversity and Inclusion Leader of the Year. Since joining the business in January she has championed EDI and employee engagement from theoffset. She adapts her leadership style to suit the needs of the task at hand, shaping the company’s people strategy whilst strengthening a culture that values openness, innovation, diversity and above all else, employee wellbeing.

HTM will be attending the awards in the new year to see whether their nominated leaders can bring home the win.
