HTM | Recruitment continues throughout company growth

As HTM continue to grow, they need their workforce to grow with them.
At HTM, they are continuously recruiting to expand their existing workforce. HTM are looking for all grades and experiences of traffic management operatives, 12 A/B/C/D.
HTM are also wanting to take on trainee Traffic Management Operatives, as they have a great coaching schedule in place to enable the operatives to progress quickly through training to become a lead operative and start progressing within the company. All of the training and guidance required will be provided.
HTM have a number of great success stories, with 65% of their employees having been with the company for over 10 years, and over 90% of our office staff have started at the very beginning of the traffic management ladder and with dedication have all progressed to become Operations managers / Transport managers / H&S Managers and Contracts Managers. There is truly an opportunity there for anyone that wants it.

They’re proud to be the founding company of the low-level traffic management vehicle, of which they have just ordered another 4 to add to their existing fleet.
Additionally, HTM has invested over £400,000 in the last 12 months on bespoke impact protection vehicles. Also, they have also invested heavily in PPE for the operatives with new Petzl safety helmets and head torches.
