MAC Surfacing | 2016: Investment, Improvement & Industry Confidence

Last year saw MAC Surfacing Limited evaluate its business operations in order to prepare the company for future growth in 2016. The family run Tipton based hire company has been working tirelessly over the past 12 months to implement processes, resources and investment in order to remain competitive in the road surfacing hire market.
The company has invested heavily into new modern and state-of-the-art equipment which has included a range of equipment including pavers, planers, rollers and low loaders. This significant investment will help support their aim of being able to service every enquiry that is received in order to meet the ever increasing demand.
Customer service has always been a key focal area for MAC Surfacing Limited and in order to enhance the service provided the 24/7 hotline was strengthened and a dedicated contact was made available at all times.
Attention has also been given to strengthening the management team, improving skill gaps where necessary to ensure that the Labour Division is perceived as a leading provider of labour hire to the industry.
With the company forecasting a busy 2016 due to an increase in industry confidence, it is anticipated that there will be ample opportunities to gain work for everyone. Marc Copson, Director explains “this year we will be focusing our attention on our hire division ensuring that we provide a first class sub-contracting hire service to the construction surfacing industry. Our focus will also be on providing ‘quality’ whilst remaining competitive which is often a challenge within the industry.
We will also be continuing to support local community projects and charities as part of our CSR programme. Last year we raised £8,000 for cancer related charities and we hope to build upon this good work in 2016”.
It is going to be an exciting time for MAC Surfacing Limited in 2016 but customers can be reassured that excellent customer service will always be at the heart of everything they do.
