Here, we explore key figures within the MVIS Sales and Customer service team and meet some of the individuals responsible for maintaining both MVIS impeccable standards of service and outstanding relationships with clients.
Ian Lee, Customer Relations Manager
Ian joined MVIS as Customer Relations Manager in 2019 and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, with over 15 years’ experience in the Highways industry, working on a range of high-profile Highways projects.
An experienced manager, he is passionate about people and keen to motivate and challenge the team.
As part of his role, Ian is responsible for overseeing MVIS’ customer activities and working with clients to create proactive, long term relationships, promoting MVIS’ exceptional customer service.
His commercial outlook and commitment to customer service mean he’s an excellent addition to the team.
Graeme Lee, Sales manager
Graeme joined the MVIS team in 2012 and has since helped the company grow into a market leader.
Much of his time is spent on the road, visiting customers across the UK to advise on traffic management solutions and showcase MVIS’ latest product developments.
With several years’ experience in the Highways industry, Graeme brings his knowledge of the industry to the team, building and maintaining long-standing relationships with customers.
Graeme’s long-term tenure is rather typical of an MVIS employee, with over 60% of the workforce having spent the entirety of their career with the company.
Maggie Spencer, Sales Admin
As part of an exciting career change, Maggie joined MVIS in the later part of 2019 due to her interest in the private sector, the sales process and customer service. An incredibly goal-oriented person, Maggie is inspired by setting targets and then exceeding them.
Maggie is invaluable in MVIS’ customer support process and is on the end of the phones at the service of all MVIS customers providing a specific point of contact for customer support. Additionally, Maggie provides support for Graeme with client requirements.
With this trio making up just one part of MVIS’ approach to customer service, new and existing customers alike can be assured that from first meeting right through to after-sale, their needs will be looked after entirely.
