Who are you nominating for a Highways England’s Health, Safety & Wellbeing Award?
Highways England supply chain partners are reminded that there are only two weeks left to nominate for the Highways England’s 2017 Health, Safety & Wellbeing Awards.
Highways England know there is great work being done out there – both within Highways England and across our supply chain. This is your opportunity to highlight that and for Highways England to recognise some small part of the huge work that has gone into keeping everyone safe and well
You are invited to make nominations for the commendable projects and initiatives which have taken place over the course of this year. These can be either managed or delivered by your own organisation or that of your suppliers.
Entries will be judged by Highways England Chief Executive Jim O’Sullivan and other senior subject matter experts from Highways England. This year’s award categories are:
- Health & Safety Innovation
- Excellence in road user safety achievement
- Project of the Year (open to supply chain only)
- Graduate/Apprentice of the Year
- Health & Wellbeing Initiative of the Year
- Excellence in Health & Safety Performance
The Highways England awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate your contribution and recognise the great work delivered across the Highways England network – so make your nominations now!
The closing date for entries is 5pm on Friday, 15 December 2017. The deadline will not be extended.
Details on the scheme and the entry procedure are available at https://www.gov.uk/government/
