Paragon Traffic Management | Company video showcases up and coming business with 50+ years managerial experience
As a company that looks forwards and not backwards, Paragon Traffic Management has always done things its own way.
A significant move forwards, Paragon has heavily invested in a bespoke built system to manage their works in order to meet the needs of their key accounts. Instead of buying an off the shelf CRM system, the Paragon TM Directors took the decision that only bespoke would do. After all, not every customer is the same.
The new system connects Managers, Operatives and Clients with information transferred electronically, with daily activity reported in real time.
The company and its CRM has been built to primarily meet the needs of clients who require a full turnkey package including Eton/permits /drawings/traffic and pedestrian management, but due to the flexible nature of the company, jobs can always be tailored to a client’s specific needs.
Following some significant recent managerial hires and large investments in purchases of plant, equipment and vehicles, Paragon is moving into other sectors – where as yet it is a relatively unknown commodity. With that said, confidence and encouraging signs from the last few years in its core work areas is giving the company optimism that they will become a force to be reckoned with as it moves into other lanes.
Client focussed and always approachable, Paragon will go the extra mile for its clients, offering many bolt on services such as welfare vehicles, CCTV, trackway and tower lights, and full details can be found on www.paragontm.co.uk
Planning and communication are the company’s biggest strengths, and combined with a large back office team of surveyors, CAD drawers, Project Coordinators and Managers means Paragon can manage your project efficiently and safely.
Working UK wide with operational depots in both the North and South of England at present, further expansion is already planned in the West Midlands. Paragon is truly going from strength to strength.
Additionally, from 19/07/21, Paragon will be providing training too, with courses not exclusive to traffic management, but also venturing into fields including first aid, manual handling, mental health and more. More details can be found on the website www.paragonta.co.uk
