R&C Williams | The team grows with a wealth of experience
Peter Gutteridge has joined R&C Williams as Contracts Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Highways and Civil Engineering, business consultancy and strategic partnerships.
He will work with businesses across the Highways and Civil Engineering sectors to help with advice on growth strategies, project solutions and supply chain development.
R&C Williams was established in 1957 as a partnership by the brothers Ron and Charlie Williams. Over six decades and thousands of successful projects later, that unparalleled commitment to quality remains true today, with a policy of continuous improvement operated throughout the whole organisation.
From a tiny two-man partnership the firm now employs over 80 people, rising to over a hundred at peak times. The company continues to be a friendly, approachable business with all key members of staff fully aware of the challenges which face clients.
Members of the workforce have on average spent more than 15 years with the firm – a sure sign of both confidence and job satisfaction.

Peter, who has 40 years experience in the industry successfully developed many long term collaborative relationships with various clients over the years. He has had a successful management career with Currall Lewis & Martin and G F Tomlinson over the past 30 years.
