Peek rebrand unveiled at Traffex 2013

Peek UK moves forward as Imtech Traffic & Infra

Basingstoke Imtech announces plans to rename and rebrand Peek Traffic Limited; Royal Imtech N.V. acquired Peek Group (Europe) in April 2007 to support and expand the worldwide Division of Imtech Traffic & Infra. Although Peek is well established as a leading company in its core markets ITS and Traffic Solutions Imtech Traffic & Infra brings a much wider capability across the network infrastructure.

From May 1st 2013 Peek Traffic Limited will be renamed Imtech Traffic & Infra UK Limited and is rebranding accordingly. The Ireland business has been renamed Imtech Traffic & Infra Ireland Limited and the two legal entities form a single Business Unit. The company has chosen to unveil its plans at Traffex 2013 the 26th international traffic engineering Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) road safety parking and highway maintenance exhibition.

Imtech Traffic & Infra is active in The Netherlands Belgium the United Kingdom Ireland Sweden Finland Denmark Poland Croatia Russia other countries in Central Europe and more globally on a project basis.

Peek Brand

The Peek name and brand will continue to support our core traffic business by remaining the (tangible) product brand. Our central control and management systems will be branded Imtech.
