Mike Notman has been appointed Managing Director of Ringway Infrastructure Ltd, the highway maintenance arm of Eurovia UK. Mike is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in highways management and maintenance in both the public and private sectors.

Mike started his career in local authority at Cumbria County Council before moving to the private sector. In 2013 he joined the Ringway Jacobs joint venture, as Managing Director, where he helped to continue to strengthen and grow the organisation, to build a successful £300m turnover business.

Mike O’Neill has subsequently been appointed as Managing Director of Ringway Jacobs, the Eurovia and Jacobs joint venture, which delivers integrated highways management and maintenance services to local authority clients.

Mike joins the company having previously been at M+W Group and has over 30 years of professional experience within the utilities, construction and infrastructure industries, across a number of countries. Working across a range of sectors including nuclear, water, electricity, gas, energy from waste and highways, Mike has held senior positions with several blue-chip businesses such as United Utilities, Veolia, Atkins and Interserve.
