The Amberon Group | Amberon Group complete acquisition of MLP Traffic Ltd
Amberon are pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of leading traffic management company MLP Traffic Ltd.
Amberon Group now consists of Amberon Ltd, JT&M Signs, Barrier Services Ltd and MLP Traffic.
The Amberon Group are one of the UK’s leading traffic companies, formed in 2002 and with the acquisition of MLP Traffic, has now grown to 32 depots across the country. Additionally, with MLP Traffic now a part of the family, The Amberon Group employs over 750 people and has combined annual sales in excess of £55m.
Who are MLP Traffic?
MLP Traffic are the traffic management trading division of Mervyn Lambert Plant, headquartered in Garboldisham, Norfolk. MLP Traffic operates out of 4 depots in East Anglia and the South East, employing 140 people and contributing sales of more than £12m.
