Founded by Gavin Kershaw, an industry expert with over 15 years of experience as a trainer, assessor and consultant, THS brings a depth of expertise that sets it apart.

Gavin’s specialist knowledge in National Highways Sector Scheme 12 training and New Roads and Street Works (NRSWA) training and assessments ensures that clients are not only compliant, but fully competent in the key areas required to succeed and progress in these sectors.

Whether training is delivered on-site at client premises or at one of THS’s dedicated training centres, every course is designed for practical application in real working environments.
