Le Tour D’Ouest Lancashire has been successfully completed by 15 cyclists at Unipart Dorman, Southport. The team undertook the challenge to raise money for Bloodwise.
BLOODWISE is a world-class researcher and provider of expert information and support to anyone affected by leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood cancer-related disorders.
The team are hoping to reach their target of £250 for the charity and have already successfully completed their Tour D’Ouest Lancashire by taking to their bikes last Saturday.
Put simply the 15 riders in total achieved the following:
– 594 miles cycled;
– Total of 50.55 hours of team cycling;
– Burnt over 15,000 calories.
