Up To Speed Training | Collaboration with RAM Training for Conflict Resolution on the Highway

There are ever-increasing reported instances of conflict and abuse on our highways from the public, towards road workers.
Impatience, frustration and annoyance is boiling over into violence and aggression far too often – creating a hostile and dangerous environment for individuals who already work in what are considered high-risk, hazardous and somewhat precarious surroundings.
Up To Speed Training and RAM Training have together recognised this worrying increase in reported conflicts and have joined forces to develop a bespoke training course to educate and better equip industry on how to deal with such incidents.
Up To Speed Training are a reputable, trusted and established training provider within the Highways sector, bring their training expertise and extensive highways knowledge, while RAM Training, having a military background, bring their wealth of knowledge and expertise from vast experience in conflict resolution
Working together, the two companies are able to offer a high quality, relevant and realistic course with an engaging and memorable delivery, to the industry.
The aim?
Reduce incidents and control.
The aim of the course is to educate Employers and Employees of the dangers they may face whilst at work, to not only give them the foresight and awareness to aid in the prevention of these occurrences, but also the knowledge and skills to deal with them effectively should they occur, ultimately creating a safer work environment for all.
