Amberon are currently recruiting for a number of roles across the company. The nationwide TM provider are looking for the newest cogs in their already well established, well-oiled machine:

Depot Administrator

Firstly, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR administrator to join a well-established, successful Traffic Management company in locations in Newport, South Wales and Nantwich, Cheshire. The successful candidate will ideally be from a busy administrative environment and be able to provide evidence of organising complex administrative projects to agreed deadlines.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Health & Safety administration;

Training records and administration;

Organising inductions for head office staff;

Administering staff training and performance reviews;

Administering the recruitment process;

Creating and maintaining all personnel files;

Analysing and improving current departmental systems, policies and procedures;

Providing full and comprehensive generalist administrative support to the HR department, including correspondence and ad hoc administrative projects.

Traffic Management Operatives

Due to continued expansion and growth Amberon currently have opportunities for 12D Traffic Management Operatives in the following locations:

Chippenham, Blandford, Paignton, Truro, Nantwich, Evesham.

Suitable candidates should possess a full driver’s license and CSCS cards.

Previous experience in the Traffic Management industry is beneficial with LANTRA qualifications desirable. However, candidates with experience of working on the highways along with suitable Streetworks qualifications will be considered.
