VACANCY | TLS | Operations Supervisor

The TLS Group of companies are one of the leading providers of Managed Support Services to the Highways Industry. Head office is based in Retford Nottinghamshire with a further operational centre in Snaith near Goole and a southern office opening in 2021.
Due to further expansion, TLS is looking for an additional team member to assist in the day to day running of their Managed Support Services.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning and delivery of resources including labour and assets to their ever-increasing list of clients.
Applicants would need to offer the following:
- Self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a team player
- Ability to plan resources and manage assets
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office and smartphone-based applications
The role will require a full UK driving licence.
Salary to be negotiated depending on experience.
