VolkerHighways – VolkerHighways Hosts Meet the Team Event in West Berkshire

VolkerHighways is set to host a Meet the Team event as part of its ongoing commitment to collaboration and engagement across the West Berkshire highway term maintenance contract.
As the incumbent contractor for the West Berkshire highways term maintenance works, VolkerHighways will welcome attendees on Thursday 22 January, between 9am and 4pm, at Newbury Town Hall. The event is designed to create an open and informal environment where existing and prospective subcontractors can connect directly with the VolkerHighways team.
The focus of the event is to engage with organisations operating in and around the West Berkshire area, particularly those specialising in civils, groundworks, mechanical, electrical and wider highway term maintenance disciplines. By hosting the event locally, VolkerHighways aims to strengthen regional supply chain relationships and encourage collaboration with businesses that can support the delivery of safe, efficient and high quality highway services.
The Meet the Team event offers an opportunity for attendees to gain a better understanding of the contract, discuss upcoming opportunities and explore how they can work alongside VolkerHighways to support the maintenance and improvement of the local highway network. It also reinforces the company’s commitment to openness, partnership working and supporting local expertise.
