WSP Appoints Senior Transport Planner Andrew Mosele

Andrew joins from Curtins Consulting where he led the Leeds Transport Planning team.
He has over 10 years experience managing multi-disciplinary projects for a diverse range of private and public sector clients with particular expertise in the preparation of master plans major scheme business cases transport assessments travel plans access appraisals section 106 (negotiation and renegotiation) and section 278.
Andrew is professionally recognised as a Transport Planning Professional (TPP) a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and is currently the Chairman of the Yorkshire and Humberside Branch of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
Technical Director Adrian Kemp said: Andrew was identified as a strategic recruitment target and brings significant successful transport/development planning experience to our team. Andrew will play a pivotal role in sustaining WSPs market leading position and will help underpin the projected growth of the Northern Regions Development business.
Andrew joins WSPs Leeds office but will have a regional remit working closely with the Manchester and Newcastle offices.
